In this busy world, and more so than ever over the last few years, we all yearn to find a balance of Serenity, Health and Wellbeing, but often find it a challenge in our everyday lives. My desire is to turn any lingering despair into absolute hope, so you live a healthy and happy life in your mid years and beyond.

About Sarah
I am a Registered Nurse, having worked in the NHS for over 20 years in Primary Care. I have a wide medical knowledge specialising in Diabetes, Cardiovascular Disease and Women’s Health with a passion in supporting people to maintain a healthy life, particularly those who, like me, are enjoying the midlife years and beyond.
I am married to Mike with three stepchildren and two dogs. We live on the edge of the beautiful Peak District in South Yorkshire, and we make time to get out in to “The Peaks” several times a week to walk the dogs and just admire the beauty that we are so fortunate to have close by. Life is busy and fun, but when we reach midlife, the importance of nutrition and maintaining good health is ever more critical than it might have been before.

What I Offer
This is not another Slimming/Weight Loss program, but with my medical background, I am aware of the pitfalls of some of the lifestyle choices we make that can either help or hinder our health. Whether you wish to lose weight, find more vitality in life, explore good Nutrition for health, or simply yearn to find Serenity in everyday life, I can support you with these things.
I have a large amount of knowledge and experience around chronic disease, and how to reduce the prevalence of developing these. However, I also know that what works well for one person, may not work for someone else.
Therefore, I create a bespoke programme just for you based on our initial consultation where we discuss what it is you are looking to achieve. The most important factor is what is going work for YOU and this is why my programme is different.
Furthermore, I will work alongside you and support you to make long term sustainable choices, so you can live the life you love. You have the option to book in with me either face to face (if you live locally to South Sheffield S10) or virtually as a one-on-one consultation or join an online group.
